TERMS OF USE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. General

    1. A free trial period lasts for 7 days and a monthly subscription charge will be made automatically to the given payment account unless canceled 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period.

    2. The Fill app contains free trial, offers are only available once per subscription per user.

    3. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

    4. Initial payments are charged to a user’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

    5. Charges for renewal occur within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

    6. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase

    7. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

    8. Fair Use Policy – Fill reserves the right to limit any or all of the above services based on what it deems to be abusive practices, unusually high usage or what Fill deems as ‘Fair Use’.

    9. Documents of non-paying users may be deleted after 30 days.

  2. Subscription

    1. Export PDF subscriptions provide unlimited exports

    2. Subscription prices are determined based on user selection and are delineated in the app.

    3. Subscription duration is 1 Year

    4. Title of subscriptions will be “Unlimited Export Credits”
