How Bulk Document Sending Works?
Managing multiple signature requests can be time-consuming, but with our new Bulk Signing feature, you can send documents to multiple recipients in just a few clicks. Whether you’re handling contracts, agreements, or consent forms, this streamlined process eliminates the hassle of sending documents individually.
To send documents in bulk, follow these steps:
- Click Start Now.
- Select Bulk Send.
- Select a Template for bulk send.
- Download the prepared CSV file, which contains the various required fields in the document.
- Complete the CSV file by entering the details for each recipient under the right columns. Once done, upload it.
- Review the field entries and click Continue to confirm.
- Complete the rest of the details and settings, such as your message to the recipients, due dates, email notifications, and auto reminders.
- Click Send to complete the process. You’ll get a message that your bulk send is queued. Once everything is successfully sent, you’ll receive an email notification. You can also view all the documents you sent in bulk in your Documents folder.

Auto-Fill Linked Fields With A Single Data Entry
Aside from sending documents in bulk, Fill’s latest update also introduces link fields. This saves time by entering data once and watching all linked fields auto-populate. This is useful for contracts, applications, and forms where recipients must enter the same information in multiple places (e.g., name, email, address).

To create linked fields, click the field and select either the Link Icon or Copy and Link Field in its properties. This will duplicate the specific field. Then, you can drag it to other portions of your document where the same data is needed. You’ll know fields are linked because it has the link icon.
Smarter Radio Button Rules
You can now show or hide fields based on radio button selections. This is ideal for interactive forms, surveys, or applications where follow-up questions depend on previous answers. It also creates a smoother and more personalized experience for recipients.

To enable this, just click the radio buttons and then choose Rules.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) For Manual Logins
Experience better security with 2FA for manual logins. This is perfect for businesses handling sensitive documents, like legal agreements or financial paperwork. With 2FA, you can add an extra layer of protection by preventing unauthorized access and enhancing account security.

Note: This feature is not available for SSO/OAuth logins.
