You can cancel your subscription with the specific payment platform:

• If you activated the subscription with Apple iTunes, please follow the below link to cancel your subscription.

• If you activated the service from our Website, you can cancel your subscription directly from your iFax Account Settings.  You can access this by going to Settings > Plan&Account > Plan > Edit Plan. then click on the “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” button to cancel.
